Kimberly Victoria Owens was born & raised in Washington, DC. In her early years after relocating to Maryland and graduating from Largo Senior High School, she attended both Howard University and Prince Georges Community College. She started her career working as a Merchandise Analyst for Hechinger. After 15 years, she was offered a position with Chevy Chase Bank (now Capital One Bank) as an Employee Services Specialist. After working in several roles within the bank now is currently working as a Senior Human Resources Coordinator with Capital One Bank. Kim enjoys taking nature walks with her dogs, reading, movies and hanging out with friends and family. She works with MADD (Mother’s Against Drunk Driving) representing “Team Jasmine”, raising funds to be donated to the organization for the prevention of drunk driving in helping to save lives. She is a member of Largo Community Church and is active with her neighborhood organizations including forming the Melwood Springs Halloween Pet Pawrade. Kim has been happily married to her high school sweetheart, Sherman for 34 years. Together they have 2 children and enjoy date nights, traveling, and living their life in faith and God’s word.
Reginold (Reggie) Barnard Bennett was born as a true “son of the south” in the historic city of Selma, Alabama. His early years, although filled with all the trauma, tribulation and eventual reward of the whole civil rights movement went by quickly. He was Vice-President of the first fully integrated class at Selma High School. He continued his education and earned his BA degree at Bishop College in Dallas, Texas. Living in six states in thirteen years he worked in leadership and management roles for the Department of Defense. In 1987 he moved to the DMV and continued in the management career path for TJX Companies, Hechinger, Discovery Channel and finally returning to the TJX Companies. There he retired as a Human Resources Business Partner on March 6, 2020. Reggie enjoys reading, writing, and researching history and topics of interest that he could never find time to do. He is a member of the First Baptist Church of Glenarden where he actively serves in three ministries to support the mission and vision of the church: “Developing Dynamic Disciples through Discipleship, Discipline and Duplication.” Reggie is married to his beautiful wife of 31 years, Margie. Together they enjoy a life of kindred spirit, faith, and travel.
Stephanie M. Minor holds a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Accounting from Bowie State University. She has over 35 years of diverse work experience in contract accounting, non-profit, tax preparation, small business development and entrepreneurship. Stephanie loves using her time, talent and gifts to support worthy causes and charities. Married over 30 years, Stephanie is the mother to three wonderful adult children and grandmother to three beautiful grandchildren. Stephanie is a long time resident and entrepreneur in Prince George's County, Maryland. She is also a member of The Prince George's County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. and fellowships at New Life Church in Laurel, MD. Stephanie is excited to serve as Treasurer for the 4 Jazz Foundation and to collaborate and support the goal and mission of keeping Jasmine's memory alive through scholarships, sports and education.
Taneya M. Minor born and raised in Upper Marlboro, Maryland is a proud graduate of Bishop McNamara High School (Class of 2017). As a member of the McNamara Women's Volleyball Team, Taneya was a dedicated four-year student-athlete with a strong foundation in teamwork, discipline, and leadership. Taneya continued both her academic and athletic career at Marymount University, competing on the Women’s Volleyball team while earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2021. Her collegiate experience further shaped her passion for service, perseverance, and excellence. For the past five years, Taneya has worked as a registered nurse at Children’s National Hospital, where she provides compassionate, high-quality care to patients and families throughout the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. Her professional experience has deepened her commitment to advocacy, collaboration, and meeting the needs of diverse communities. Beyond the hospital walls, Taneya is devoted to community service and youth engagement. Taneya is honored to help preserve Jasmine’s memory through meaningful community engagement, awareness, and scholarships that reflect Jasmine’s passion for sports, health, and education.

He enjoys his free time working on his art, listening to music, and also hanging out with friends & family. He also participates in the MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) walk annually with Team Jasmine, and other neighborhood/community events.
